Shipping policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed and shipped in 1-3 business days. Orders may not be shipped on weekends or holidays, although we may ship on Saturdays some weeks.
If we are experiencing an abnormally high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed an extra day or two. If the delay is significant, we will contact you and let you know via email.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We offer shipping to Canada. You will need to select the international shipping option at checkout and pay the extra for this option.
SHIPPING DAMAGES
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged mail. If your package arrives damaged please contact the carrier and file a claim. Please save all packaging materials if this ever happens.
