A sports memorabilia box break is a live event where collectors purchase a team, division, letter, or other spot in a break before a sealed box of autographed memorabilia is opened live on camera.

At Dad-Breaks, every break is streamed live so you can watch the action as it happens. Once the memorabilia is revealed, the item is awarded according to the rules and format of that specific break.

How Do Live Box Breaks Work?

The process is pretty simple:

  1. Choose Your Spot
    Purchase a team, division, random letter, or other available spot depending on the break.
  2. Watch the Break Live
    At the scheduled time, Dad opens the sealed memorabilia box live for everyone to watch.
  3. See What Gets Pulled
    The autographed item or items are revealed during the live stream.
  4. The Hit Is Matched to the Winning Spot
    The memorabilia is awarded according to the rules of that particular break.
  5. The Hit Is Shipped to the Winner
    If the item pulled matches your spot, the memorabilia is yours!

Do I Always Receive an Item?

No. Purchasing a spot in a box break does not guarantee that you will receive the memorabilia item pulled.

The winner depends on what comes out of the sealed box and whether that item matches the team, division, letter, or other spot you purchased.

For example, if you purchase the Pittsburgh Steelers in a football break and the autographed item pulled is associated with another NFL team, you would not receive that memorabilia item.

Always review the individual break listing and rules before purchasing so you understand exactly how that break will be awarded.
